By creating an account or using QueueFairy, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

QueueFairy is a free planning tool for Walt Disney World park visits. It provides:

• Live ride wait times and Lightning Lane return windows (sourced from themeparks.wiki)
• Historical wait time averages and crowd level estimates
• Day planning tools for Lightning Lane Multi Pass, Single Pass, and Premier Pass
• Ride priority lists and Go Live in-park tracking
• Party member profiles with height and thrill filtering
• Group sharing so your travel party can stay in sync

Wait times and Lightning Lane data come from third-party sources and may not always be accurate or up-to-date. Historical averages are estimates based on past data and don't guarantee future conditions. Crowd level indicators are comparisons to historical averages, not official Disney metrics.

QueueFairy helps you plan Lightning Lane bookings based on our understanding of Disney's tier rules and booking windows. Disney may change these rules at any time.

QueueFairy does not make bookings for you — you must use the official My Disney Experience app to make actual Lightning Lane reservations.

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You may not create accounts for the purpose of abusing or disrupting the service
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms

When you share your group code, anyone with that code can join your group and see shared plans, party members, and Go Live progress. Only share your code with people you trust. You are responsible for who you invite to your group.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from QueueFairy
• Use the service to build a competing product
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Overwhelm the service with automated requests
• Use QueueFairy in any way that violates applicable laws

QueueFairy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries. Walt Disney World, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Lightning Lane, and all ride names are trademarks of The Walt Disney Company. They are used here for informational purposes only.

QueueFairy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate wait times or Lightning Lane information
• Missed bookings or park experiences based on our recommendations
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Any damages arising from your use of QueueFairy

Use QueueFairy as a helpful guide, but always verify important details through official Disney channels.

We may update these terms as QueueFairy evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
